개인정보처리방침

엔플래닛 주식회사(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 햄스터랑: 집에서(이하 "앱")를 제공합니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다.
- 앱에는 인터넷 접속 권한이 없으며, 회사의 서버로 어떤 정보도 보내지 않습니다.
- 광고, 분석(통계), 추적 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 위치, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크에 접근하지 않습니다.
2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 게임 정보
게임을 이어서 할 수 있도록 아래 정보를 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 회사는 이 정보를 볼 수 없습니다.
- 처음 켤 때 입력하는 생일(생일 기념일 선물에 씀)
- 이용자가 지어 준 햄스터 이름
- 처음 플레이한 날짜(함께한 날 계산용)
- 방 꾸미기, 모은 보물, 햄스터 상태 등 게임 진행 정보
이 정보는 앱을 지우거나 앱 설정의 "처음부터 다시 하기"를 누르면 지워집니다.
Android 기기의 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 이 게임 정보가 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 백업에 들어갈 수 있습니다. 이 백업은 Google이 이용자를 위해 보관하며, 회사에 전달되지 않습니다.
3. 저장 내보내기
이용자가 앱 설정에서 "저장 내보내기"를 누르면, 게임 진행 정보가 담긴 파일을 이용자가 고른 곳(파일, 메일, 메신저 등)으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 이 파일은 이용자가 직접 보내는 것이며 회사로 오지 않습니다. 생일은 이 파일에 넣지 않습니다.
4. 인앱 결제
앱은 방 꾸미기 테마, 벽 장식, 밥그릇 같은 선택 상품을 판매합니다. 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리합니다.
- 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- 앱은 산 상품을 열어 주기 위해, Google Play가 기기에 알려 주는 구매 내역(어떤 상품을 샀는지)을 기기 안에서만 확인합니다.
- 결제 중에 Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
5. 기기 권한
앱은 이용자에게 기기 권한(위치, 카메라, 연락처, 저장공간 등)을 요청하지 않습니다. 인앱 결제를 위해 Google Play 결제 시스템이 쓰는 권한만 들어 있습니다.
6. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 맡기는 개인정보가 없습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 모든 연령이 이용할 수 있으며, 아동을 포함한 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 생일은 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사로 보내지지 않습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
회사가 보관하는 이용자의 개인정보는 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 정보는 앱 삭제 또는 "처음부터 다시 하기"로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
9. 방침의 변경
앱이 다루는 정보가 바뀌면 이 방침을 고치고 시행일을 새로 적습니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 업데이트 안내로 알립니다.

Privacy Policy

Nplanet Inc. ("we") provides the mobile game Hamsterang: At Home ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles.
1. Information we collect
The app does not collect any personal information.
- There is no sign-up or login.
- The app has no internet permission and sends nothing to our servers.
- The app uses no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
- The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
2. Game data stored only on your device
So you can keep playing, the app stores the following only on your device. We cannot see it.
- The birthday entered at first launch (used for a birthday celebration in the game)
- The name you give your hamster
- The date you first played (to count days together)
- Room decoration, collected treasures, hamster status and other game progress
This data is deleted when you uninstall the app or tap "Start over" in the app's settings.
If Android's automatic backup is on, this game data may be included in your own Google account backup. Google keeps that backup for you; it is not sent to us.
3. Exporting your save
If you tap "Export save" in the app's settings, you can send a file containing your game progress wherever you choose (files, email, messengers). You send it yourself; it does not come to us. The birthday is not included in this file.
4. In-app purchases
The app sells optional items such as room themes, wall decorations and bowls. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing.
- We never receive your card number or other payment details.
- To unlock what you bought, the app checks the purchase record that Google Play provides to your device, on the device only.
- Information Google handles during payment is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Device permissions
The app does not ask for any device permissions (location, camera, contacts, storage, etc.). It only includes the permission Google Play Billing uses for in-app purchases.
6. Sharing with third parties
Because we collect no personal information, we share none with third parties.
7. Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. The birthday stays on the device and is never sent to us.
8. Your rights
We hold no personal information about you. You can delete the game data on your device at any time by uninstalling the app or tapping "Start over."
9. Changes
If the information the app handles changes, we will update this policy and its effective date. Important changes will be announced in the app's update notes.
